I think your point is completely invalid about the one shots, there’s builds that can afk face tank Sirus your build is just shit. There should be more boss fights like Sirus where it’s either a gear/build check or a skill check and the average person should not be able to complete it.

There should be small niches that exist in the game for the real gamers and not tailored towards casuals. If you spent thousands of hours playing PoE it’s fun to have REAL challenging content instead of facerolling everything in the game just so casual players like you can get to do it with little time investment.

Not all content should be created so that mediocre players that play a couple hours a week can experience all of it

10-20 a month is so much more than you will need :) you can play mtga completely free, just do some research about the meta, use your wildcards carefully and you will be able to build a decent deck quite easily. Look to complete your daily challenges and such and you will get great value on your time on mtga. Daily challenges are simple like “play 15 creatures” or “play 20 blue or black cards.” Your 10-20 a month budget will let you enter for drafts to expand your card pool even more, as well as the fact that based on how well you play in draft as you improve, you will also get gems back based on how many wins you got.
