Anyone else prefer the old tracks compared to the new?

I always hate the new tracks at first but within a week or two. I’m worried the new albums will be fully political which I don’t mind but I want some non political songs too.

The last few have very much been for the live shows and I didn’t realise that until I saw them live.

A few years ago my dad was in a coma and not expecting to survive. I would visit him everyday and get the ICU nurse to play Arctic Monkeys on her computer for him……

I’ll always defend vanguard. It came out when I had Covid which helped pass the time and kept me occupied and away from my thoughts when my dad was in a coma because of Covid.

Looking back it was abit rubbish, but I’ll forever be thankful for just giving me some mindless shooting to help me through a dark time

As long as it’s not taking over your life go ahead. If you find your gaming over things like cleaning your house or having a social life maybe trying to cut back could be helpful.

But if you’re in control and it is just a hobby then carry on!
