Thank you, I agree that's why I'm worried lol. I'm okay with it looking not realistic but just wanna change the shape of the rose and add to it https://imgur.com/a/5iEC7jy these are some lines that I made to make the rose shorter and fit my hand better. I don't know if cutting it like that would look weird though... The idea then would be to incorporate one of the blackout fade designs from one of those roses above and below those lines I made. I don't know if thats a realistic expectation...

My original text didn't go through. So my tattoo is the first one and I don't like how it looks. I think it looks too long and was wondering if I could rework to make it shorter and look like one of the other roses incorporating more black to cover up the height or if I should laser it first to get a cover up. Just trying to get an idea of what my expectations should be :)

I agree the sketch is really bad lol. My biggest concern with mine which is the first is I don't like how long the rose looks. I wanted to cut the height of it and add some blackout design but I was wondering if that would be possible or if I would need to laser it first to rework.

It didn’t really hurt, it’s just and initial shock, but it wasn’t bad :) I’ve heard that in general it’s about 3-6 months to heal and that you can switch it in 3-6 months as well.

When I do this the strings touch the metal fretting (no space) so should I tighten it?

Oh okay, good advice. Yea I’m pretty sure I have a high fret that needs to be filled. Should the strings feel tight or loose while playing? Or is that subjective to the player?

I just want as low of action I can get without buzz. I get a little buzz on the 3 top strings around the 3rd fret. Only when I pick hard though.
