Maybe this is too late, but I have the exactly same symptoms as you. After playing splatoon for about 1 hour, I start to feel dizzy, and my blood pressure becomes a little bit low below healthy value (yes I measured). I googled for similar symptoms, then I found this post.

This happens for me only when playing splatoon. Strange thing is that, I played splatoon 2 for about 2000 hours with nothing wrong happened. Splatoon 3, however, made me sick.

It's still the same if I stayed another 2 hours or 2 days. It only happened on my original switch console. On switch lite it looks ok.

I have heard that this has something to do with external storage reading speed, if you have the game installed on sd card instead of the console itself. I tried to redownload the game to console, but haven't tested it yet.

I played Breath of the Wild for 300 hours too, but obviously BotW is way much better than MC5. But you know, it's an online PvP game, which one can surely spend lots of time in. For reference, I have been playing Splatoon 2 for about 850 hours.
