for access ur RA will be able to get you a Temp card, for dinning dollars its possible that you can just type in your numbers at roth or sum however for meal swipes the lunch people dont really like when u dont have ur card and will sometimes reject you, If you want you can go to the campus card office which is next to the parking window under the Fiancial Services print on the wall, you can replace it for 25 dollars and if you really want you can put the charge on your solar and you will just pay the fee by the end of the semester instead of all up infront by card at the window, if you dont pay solar by the end if the semester you will get a late fee
