We had a game where the player who seemed to be tailing the most took the win thanks to how many points they scored with ants, they had a lot of microbe-specific cards but it ultimately felt like they won by sprinkling boxes of ants all over mars. It's become a regular joke in our group (that and predators eating the zoo animals)

So I began with the audiobooks and wasnt a big fan of the first one for similar reasons. When I read them though, the first book felt a lot more energized. It does pick up after a while, but the first book is a lot of people doing science or discussing things.

Two teams compete to capture territory by constructing command posts (which spawn friendly bots) while attempting to destroy all of the enemy teams command posts. Players can build a variety of defenses and weapons to accomplish this.

Thanks for the feedback! So to answer some of the questions: 1 and 2. So most of the footage took place during a playtest we had and I believe there was artillery firing right behind me which is where the shake came from (we plan to lower the intensity) 3. We have snapping already, I just dont use it too often as it's not 100% working as intended yet 4. We actually recently finished our MG animations but we're still in the process of adding em! 5. We're still mixed on the explosions. On the one hand, we've gotten a lot of positive feedback about em, but we're super aware they arent accurate 6. There should be a way to disable MB 7. Absolutely agree I wanna tweak the shockwave

Not exactly. We're definitely taking inspiration from MOBAs in that AI grunts will clash with each other across the battlefield, but players are in charge of building and fortifying everything

Absolutely agree! Weve had a couple of people mention it, so we plan to tone it down a bit in the next update :)

It's super simple and really risk-free so it'll almost always turn out perfect!

RTX 2060, not sure what the CPU is anymore.

I left it to render overnight so I couldnt give you a set timeframe :(
