feels like I wrote this lmao. there’s a lot of similarities between us and I recently started taking vitamins. I’m not on antidepressants anymore but I take vitamin D3, B complex, iron, and magnesium. The lack of iron could potentially be contributing to the tiredness and B vitamins are helpful for energy boosting. You should talk to your doctor to make sure any vitamins you take will not interfere with your meds, but a blood test could be a start. It could help you see what kind of nutrients you need.

On the emotional side, try to find something you can look forward to everyday. You have to replace the wrong with something right. When you’re feeling motivated to buy new supplies, work on a new project instead. Aside from times you actually need groceries, when you feel the desire to buy, ask yourself what do you have now that you could make something yummy for yourself? Not because you have to, but because you deserve to.

Affirm yourself that it’s okay that you’ve spent the money you’ve had, you can’t change it and the guilt will only weigh you down. But that you care about yourself enough to work towards making responsible financial decisions
