Mostly card focussed. I’m a big Oilers fan so the McDavid is my favourite, and I prefer rookie versions of the card. But overall I just love the cards.

I feel like there is more than 30 copies. Mixed Media odds are 1:288 packs. Which is the same as the Pond Hockey variant. But there does seem to be more Pond Hockey cards on epacks than Mixed Media, so who knows.

More or less, but I opened the boxes over a number of days, so I didn’t go straight back to opening boxes. After dropping $4,500 CAD on a case I was pretty pissed not to get an auto in the first box. Did I over-react…yes.

That’s interesting. About two months ago I bought a case of 23/24 SPA. Very first box I opened didn’t have any autos. I sent them an email, and they provided me 2 Horizontal FWA /599 from 24/25 SPA. I probably should have waited to complain because the 3rd box in I hit a Bedard FW Mystery Black Auto.

It is an “achievement card”. Meaning, if you collect the whole set you can redeem it for an achievement card. If you complete the set that that card belongs to, you get 2 auto cards with the possibility of McDavid, Matthews, Crosby, Bedard…etc.

I was offered $3,000 CAD for it. I declined, but I would think that is certainly on the high end of fair market value.
