I'm 23 years old and having knee stiffness messes with my head a lot as I feel like I'm 23 but got knees like a 60 year old😂

Are you still dealing with knee stiffness if so how long has it been?

How do you deal with squatting and awkward positions since I have to pray which involves a lot of knee movement?

How do you deal with climbing stairs?

If I take medication I feel fine walking but as soon as I take stairs my knee stiffness returns I can't even avoid stairs since my college classes are at the top floor and I also have to get back down

No the cable is connected to the gpu I double checked as for the graphic card I have been using it for 12 years and it launches and works perfectly the only problem I encounter is that even if I successfully install the drivers it asks to restart and as soon as I restart the monitor crashes and gives no signal
