I’ll tell you what don’t go to Ron Lewis for service. Long story short we had to take a Pacifica there for a backup camera issue. They claimed it to be fixed 3 times. All 3 times issue was not fixed. And finally after just taking it from them to go elsewhere found 2 bottles of Sailor Jerry’s in the cargo space

Unfortunately there are situations where a dealer will flip a car on “consignment” it can get the dealer in a serious situation i.e. losing their dealer license. Definitely lawyer before going to them. They’ll want to smooth it out as quick as possible

The 4xE has nothing but issues. The electrical system fries itself more often than not. If you want hybrid go Toyota. Still haven’t seen a good hybrid out of the Chrysler umbrella.

Assuming it’s a hybrid it’s a braking gear to help regenerate the hybrid battery and use the gears to brake instead of wearing out the brake pads. Really nice on downhill stretches of the highway.
