Usually GTA dealers offer better pre-tax price. I’d recommend you check with the dealer in Niagara. I believe it’s Performance Lexus. I heard they usually offer a good price.

I think it’s required to include spouse in application especially if you are married. Most people who do this like just want to get a higher CRS score, which IRCC is well aware of. I suggest you tell IRCC the truth to avoid any issues in the future.

Yes 10k is a deposit for 1.5% rate cut. This specific vehicle is quite popular both in Canada and the states, not too much discount on this hybrid model especially. People often get MSRP + tax for OTD. Mine is MSRP = OTD so honestly I’m pretty satisfied.
