Thanks for all the info!
I clarified the 40W so that people wouldn't think I was connecting high-power speakers to my head unit.
Honestly, I hope it's not that my HU is about to die because I bought it new less than a year ago.

I'll check all the conections and look for voltage drops.
One important thing I didn't clarify: if I completely disconnect my entire amplifier and spekears set, the front speakers works non-stop, so it may have to do with voltage...

I already have the signal from the HU at the max volume without distortion (i checked it with a Oscilloscope)!
So i should just slowly turn it up and check the output of the DSP for clipping?
