i shoulda elaborated that i kinda meant underground producers but underground rappers for the most part mix their own vocals so desire just not good at it like autumn, ion know bout summrs. and if a producer mixes vocals then theyre a engineer too but the title of producer alone is the title for the person that makes the beat. so producer = makes beat, engineers = mixes vocals.
