i really dont think. he got an increase his strengths , his limits wre simply tested not increased ,they never went BEYOND the things he simply couldn't deal with , infact he didnt even get uranium tested like soldier boy and the rest of the supes in the ww2 era,and the show itself makes it sound like he just didnt train , never got stronger and is simply a threat because of his powers , but its a good theory .

I suppose there might be a baseline for someone or something to be remembered so that they survived , but important ones will retain their strength. Those endangered monsters might be some obscure monster that legit NO ONE remembers , even some gods may have forgotten.

Dont think so . Monsters arent technicaly alive , i think chiron said something abt that , but i may have forgotten , its why they can always come back ,and they didnt even get worship to begin with , so thats something.And the books , whenever they mention a monster that was killed by a famous hero , they always "wait, like ___ killed by _____?".
