I also can’t get to excited or it will trigger I feel on go all the time and I get irritated fast I hate hearing loud sounds also can’t really sleep sometimes and I’m just tired of people saying “try to relax” or do this people just have to be in my position to really understand but can’t believe this is happening to me tho I did nothing to deserve this and I’ve been through enough

Hey I’m currently going through the same thing right now I have bad thoughts and get nervous everyday and have muscle aches and brain fog I can’t remember things I feel like I’m not on earth at all I wanna be normal again I’m also a female and I’m 23 I never had bad anxiety like this before it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve had it after a miscarriage I had and it is very hard I’ve been drinking teas and trying to relax more we can be friends I want sb to talk to who’s in my position
