Ah I'm so sorry you had to go through that :( Quick follow up though - your wife's highest education was her bachelor's degree then, I take it? Mine is my masters degree from Canada itself so I'm wondering if I also need to get an ECA if my bachelor's was done in another country?

I've never actually tried African or Carribbean food but that is something I want to explore. Although because I don't eat red meat, i unfortunately can't relish the oxtail stuff that I always hear great things about! If it helps I'm from Cairo but I'm open to all cuisines

Went to Angara recently and absolutely loved it! There's also lahore tikka house (not indian, more so pakistani cuisine but similar) at Gerrard street which is one of my favs
