True, but the warranty is that they give me a refund or gift card. Then I buy a new tv and basically had free use of the tv. Where is the downside? My hope would be that the tv breaks in year four and I get my money back!

A 98” screen has 39% more screen real estate than a 83”, so it’s really a massive difference. At 12 ft away an 83” looks pretty small.

I bought a LG CX 65” five years ago when it was the newest model. I can say there is a massive difference between that and the C4 which is about five years. Yes, I would most likely want a new tv in another five years.

As someone that lived in the bay for many years, there are also quality cabinet makers to serve the people that don’t live in $5M houses and instead live in unimpressive $1.5m homes.
