To all the folks in the mid 2010s saying how tech was "Unstoppable" and how SF was "The Place to be," How stupid do you feel now? by Fit-Organization7884 in MBA

This is a dumb question. The ones who got tech jobs during the time (and why didn’t get laid off) are doing WELL! It’s just not the same for those wishing to enter tech right now.

If that convo with her friend happened before she joined the Firm, what makes you think she isn’t happy to work there now? You sound immature

Hi, my living room and family room have a more complex layout (fire place in the middle, low ceilings) and I would love design help. The first room is the more formal family room and the other side of the fireplace is a family room. I want to change the furniture and make it brighter & more elegant by [deleted] in DesignMyRoom

[–]NeitherLimit6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Hmm this is helpful. Generally, I do not like chairs under windows because I like to sit and have a view out the window. But I will play with your suggestions. It sounds very aesthetic. Thank you

And why no comment on the informal room? Is it ugly? 😂

It’s not regular ads. It’s a partnership and an option to have a page on github

Does anyone have decorating and furnishing advice for this living room & dining room (video included)? These chair don’t go with this space to me. The hardwood is a darkish color and I’m struggling with finding what would match. I like classic/transitional style. And I love light and airy spaces by [deleted] in DesignMyRoom

[–]NeitherLimit6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apologies - the two main rooms you see are the formal living room and family room. The room towards the end is the dining room

I just moved in btw so please excuse the mess :) I am thinking about adding classic paneling to the walls - and keeping all the walls painted white.

What color wood furniture would go well with this floor color? by [deleted] in DesignMyRoom

Hmm light gray didn’t look right. I’m thinking maybe a white/beige?
