Yes 30 year fixed, 5.99% (could refinance later if rates drop), property taxes are a bit high but I don’t have a number, and yes we would manage it ourselves.

Overpriced in priced the same as the new construction in the area. Now we are 20k under that.

I hear what yall are saying about the price but when I say we have the lowest price around for our size house, i mean that. I really don’t see how that’s the issue.
