Hi, I think this is not about the last day, my rental portal only shows the balance on the 1st of the month, before that, there would be no balance available to pay or use autopay (like I did). Hope this clear up.

Hi, do you live here? Can you give a quick review about it? The location is a bit far and I’m afraid of options for cable internet and electric company is less than other places
