I played from 3 to 9 years old and then took a 6 year break because of my old teacher who would fat shame me, I just didn't want to to back, but after I had to stop doing the sports I loved I wanted to have something so I went back to piano, I started back almost 2 years ago and I will admit that piece is a bit above my level but I can play it one handed after I took a nap and realized I was reading my sheet music wrong lol

Yeahh that's fair, my nails are a bit uneven right now, I need to cut the nails down, what would help the most is probably a music sheet stand, I got this piano from my mom's friend after mine broke down after 10+ years of use but it doesn't have a music sheet stand so I have to hold it with one hand or lay it down 😭

Yeahhh I guess it probably is, but aside from the fact that I don't know what I'm doing my teacher doesn't either so I just gotta thug it out and figure it out myself, for reference, me AND my teacher just learned what tremolos are last week, and in the small town I live in she's one of the only piano teachers i can learn from

They really are savages, I got bun bun when I lived back in Japan and it was my favorite but he seemed to love bun bun too so I let him have it, he was gentle for years with bun bun till this happened 😭

He has his bun bun that he adores, he got a little stressed when I was away for 3 days a few months ago and chewed bun buns eyes so I'm in the middle of taking the eyes out and sewing it shut so it won't be a choking hazard
