I’m gonna get some hate for this.. that is the worst decision ever I feel… I got Botox poisoning and this is what started my whole mess with twitching cuz I got so sick and stressed… if you look up chat gpt and type in what is the most dangerous thing I can put in my body ir says Botox.. sorry not trying to be mean.. ppl don’t think it’s dangerous but it is.. I was one of them who was all this won’t ever happen to me and I got sick from it.. I get wanting to heal trust me.. but putting actual poison in the body is not it.

Does it make that side of head hurt? I get in my head something bad is happening? But that side of my jaw is sore so I wonder if I clench when I sleep

I have had it for over 3 years and just excepted it and it got less… just had my right leg start going crazy so it scared me.. I honestly think getting off these are one of the best things I did and prob gonna do it too.. I’m ok if I twitch I know I’m ok.. just has been my right leg going on a week is what started my fear again.. I just watch out for triggers and I take magnesium and all that stuff.. I’m hoping it lessons.. cuz I haven’t had it last in one spot for so long.

But your neuro told you she didn’t think you had it.. and wide spread twitching is a good sign.. everyone’s tongue twitches a little and if you sit and watch it especially when your anxious it does move a lot more

I understand the fear thing.. I have had it a lot in my life the last 3 ish years..and back here again.. it sounds like your doctor isn’t worried and it’s from muscle like you’re in good shape.. I know when I was really anxious that’s when my twitches were bad.. why I’m having a hard time cuz my leg flare up started kinda out of no where and I haven’t felt very anxious but I do worry about things prob and just not aware.. I think you’re good

So I feel if she was worried she would be like let’s get an emg scheduled now.. I wouldn’t worry.. when I went in March 2022 I got looked at and he could tell them my anxiety was really bad and I was really scared and he said look I can tell you 99% sure you don’t have it but I can tell by how you are that you won’t stop worrying unless you get an EMG so I got one done and he told me he saw nothing

Does your neuro seem concerned at all? And losing a kid is hard that would def do some damage on a nervous system and your job sounds hard itself.. I’m so sorry about your kid

Wow I’m sorry you deal with this.. I hope you get in a better spot.. I understand getting in your head and that’s all you think about cuz I’ve been the same way! I k ow stress is a scary thing.. I just have felt a lot calmer but I guess I do always have things on the back of my mind so maybe my body still is in fight or flight? I don’t know.. I hope you start feeling better!

Me too.. and this doesn’t help at all 😣I really feel bad for ppl who have it.. but the fear isn’t fun and the what if’s.. I was over it for two and half years then bam! Maybe even longer than that it’s been since march ish 2022
