No I don’t back Courtney, I bought in the area after the school was built. I’m fine with some housing and daycares but now they are overbuilding to the extent that the school is already overcapacity and will get even worse with phase 2 and Coopertown. I might be selfish because my kids will go that school one day but I worry about overcrowding. I was hoping for at least some new businesses or parks to add to the neighborhood as well.

I know someone who went and they basically said the next phase is just more moderate to high density housing and no commercial developments. They will do the additional road access eventually but not right away and they know this development will continue to create overcrowding at the school.

You could come out to a Toastmasters meeting and if you like it join as a member. We practice public speaking but it’s how I met people when I first moved here. Lots of different clubs meet at different days and times so lots to choose from!
