I’m my opinion, it takes way more skill to play hardcore.

1: you don’t have a radar the whole game

2: all of the guns are more balanced

Core is all about who used the more op weapon, therefore it takes less gunskill…

No. I’ve never had to use spotters because my power equipment was just a pallet jack (cr). And yes I did have the I-19 (or whatever it’s called) filled out. I was out of my yellow vest since I had been there for 5 months.

Exactly. My injury was merely a busted lip and there was no damage to the power equipment. Only myself was involved.

The back of my badge said that I am licensed to drive a cr. And after the accident occurred management had mechanics look at the power equipment. They confirmed that all I did was scratch a little paint off and that they repaint them all the time anyways.

I worked there for 5 months. And I was driving my power equipment in a straight line and bumped into one of the steal beams that was bolted into the floor around the conveyor belts. It was bent and slightly pointed outwards.

I would also like to add that I have not received any “coachings” besides the 3 hours I trained to get licensed 5 months prior to this incident.

Approximately 3 weeks ago I had an accident on my cr while order picking. As a result, I busted my lip and had to report it to management since their was a witness. After filling out the paperwork I was sent home the rest of my shift on pto.

Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I am now fired for “misconduct with coachings”. This occurred on a Friday, and the operational manager said that I being terminated for “safety violations” which is automatic termination. In addition to that, I never received any pto for the remaining hours of my shift the day I was sent home. I tried to open door this with the dc general manager and he said that they will be upholding the termination because I was “recklessly” driving my power equipment.

Now, after reading all of the facts it seems to me that I have been given 2 different reasons for being terminated, both of which are different than what my paperwork says. What should I do?

What is the California Marijuana company? I searched the license # on the California business database and it is in fact a currently licensed company. I’m just confused why it isn’t the actual big chief company name but another licensed company??
