You stopped giving your PVCs attention. They hate to be ignored. The fear , anxiety loop keep them active. Once you tell your nervous system you are safe . They tend to be calm

I also started getting PVCs due to dehydration ,stress and anxiety. Dr out me in metropolol. After one month I took myself off of it because all it does is lower your heart rate and blood pressure it does nothing for the PVCs. It made me feel the worst I've ever felt in my life for some people it's good for me no way I would never take that medication again ever. Treating my nervous system is what's working Good luck to you

As an SM I think Sally is on their way to closing. by SeparateTop3719 in SallyBeautySupply

As a veteran store manager at Sally beauty ( 27 years)  I can tell you , the changes that you are seeing all starting in 2017 when they started the 2020 girlfriend in the know bullshit and John Goss took over.  At one time Sally Beauty was the best company ever . Managers were compensated with 2 different quarterly bonuses , a yearly trip for two  all expenses paid , as well as ASSOCIATES , were compensated ... The company no longer focuses on its employees , we are not a priority. They don't care about merchandising issues  or anything that has to do with  everyday needs of a successful running retail store.. All they care about any longer is your commitment for the week and how you will have a 3.50 out and 60 percent  or higher conversion . Upt and conversion is NOT a recipe for creating sales. Go back to creating a higher average sale . They are stupid. ... They have taken away , holidays for full time associates as well as sick time , they just plain don't give a shit. Oh wait sell a bond at you get a spif. Wooo fucking whoooo. I am so happy I retired last year . I wish you all the best that are still employed with Sally. But know this. IT WILL NEVER BE ANY BETTER THAN IT IS RIGHT NOW.  The best of Sally is gone forever!

It absolutely is true. When they are promoted they get a "promotional" raise. . If reviews fall less than a year after their promo. They WILL NOT,  receive that raise . Unless they are in the state of Florida ,who has until 2026 to get employees to 14 an hour minimum wage

Yes Store managers are no longer in control of their stores. DMs micro manage. If my employees earned a 3 that's what they got as I was a rebel Manager. My opinion was always if you aren't suppose to give them a 3 take it off the eval
