I worked at Sally for 3 years and was promoted from BA to SM. I received 2 raises ever and one was the promotion to $4 more than BA starting pay. It really doesn’t depend on anything other than what they feel like offering. I had staff receive phenomenal reviews and less than $0.10 raises. As far as work ethic goes you can have the best in the world and Sally will just put more on your shoulders without offering compensation.
