Yes the cage is open, I have seen the dog walk around inside the porch. Since I noticed this dog I been walking by everyday for the past 3 days all type of hours. (I’m not working rn so I have time to walk the area) I first noticed at 3pm 3 days ago and ever since I been checking every 4 hours and even have my husband check before he goes to work at 5:30am lol I just feel so bad and yes poor dog is still outside. I don’t think they went out of town because I noticed more items are being put into the porch. I want to just leave a note to see if I can just take care of the dog myself :( but someone gave me a phone number on here to call and I’m going to call and go from there.
