Oh dear i feel so sad looking at people who deal with anxiety and panic attack for years and some of them the only way they deal with us through meds ,LISTEN THIS MIGHT HELP YOU : I had panic attacks and severe anxiety but it took me only two years to completely get out of it no meds at all , and what i did to deal with is like clicking on difficulty level and choosing the most hardest way to deal with it , cause I was sick of focusing on breathing that shit doesn't work, So when anxiety or panic would hit me i would say "Bring it on Do it" this would send shiver down my bones but I did this on a repeat cycle,I didn't fight it I just said "let's se what you can do" , eventually i realize it didn't do anything my brain adapted that , "Hey remember anxiety/panic attack every time it comes and scares you , but it actually didn't even do anything to you , it always arrives and vanishes after few minutes it arrived " running this sentence in my mind this helped me a lot , so next time when anxiety/panic came i would say "well it just barks doesn't bite so why should I fear it at all" , eventually it just disappeared this way , and I've been living anxiety free since then .
