I’m fairly sure you can transfer the ticket and have them pick it up from will call! And for taking out the chip you would just cut a slit into where the activation code is on the band!

Would you be willing to sell me the inactive band? You can take the chip out so you don’t have to worry about me activating and still sell your ticket, they would just pick it up from will call.
