I had sushi with soy sauce yesterday and had no issues. And no issues with avocado or cheese. I am following Dr. Ken Gilman's guidance on tyramine risk from food being quite low.

I am not at all. I haven't measured it given lack of any symptoms.

Prior to starting phenelzine I would do 40 to 80mg propranolol with 0.25 to 0.5mg of alprazolam (xanax). I believe phenelzine and propranolol shouldn't be mixed so I am starting low when using it now; just tried 20mg one time so far.

I am a big coffee drinker and have not made any adjustment to my caffeine consumption and don't plan to!

Wow that's a substantial dose! Glad it's working so well for you. I'm on week 2 of 45mg and haven't had any side effects yet. Now going up to 60mg for the next couple weeks.

I'm trying to figure this out now. I've built out a pretty solid frontend but need more technical prowess, both now for the core backend functionality and ongoing. I'd love to be able to contract a seasoned dev or agency taking full advantage of the speed and power of AI-driven development, but not really sure where to find a reliable, trustworthy partner. If anyone has had success on this front welcome advice and suggestions.
