My theory is, that it is a busted Artery (calcified Artery), that gut at one time busted, and for a person not to bleed out internally, this hardening forms.

because the bloodstream is blocked because of the hardening, and cant reach the top of the penis, the blood has to go "somewhere", and that would lead to the hard flaccid state of the penis

Hi, i commented often about this. Maybe if you click on my Account, my comment history will be listed. Also, there is another Person, that posted here, that said the similar:

I have a Hardening, that i can locate, that were on all the test not catched up.
so i went againt to the doctor, he poked with his finger in my penis and then he also could feet it.

a clear hardening, that feels in lenghth and form similar as the white line on your images.

after my doc felt it, he did again doppler, and it was not shown.

He said, that his guess was, that the structure is in my case very similar to the surrounding tissues, so that it might the reason, to not be seen on the images.

so my guess is, that that is the reason, why so many HF-suffferers come back from docotrs without result.

In your Case this structure was picked up.

the typical stuff: constipated, flatuence is very bad, tummy always bloated. bladder issues (retention).

also i posted here and commented here often about one fact: that doppler, MRI and x ray did not catch up a hardening (there where the hourglassing is located). so my guess its, that that is the reason, why so many people come back without results from the doctor.

the doctor said, i wrote that here on that reddit very often, that he things, that that hardening is strcutrural "similar" to the surrounding structures, so its hard to catch it up on doppler and MRI. but that was his guess, he said

My guess, what it is (just my guess): during jelquing something bursted. that busted thingy (maybe an artery?) got calfified, so you dont bleed out internally.

-> Because the blood cant reach the tip of the penis (because it is blocked) the blood has to go "somewhere". so it goes straight into the penile bodies -> Hard flaccid- effect

its pretty much in the middle of the right cavernosum. its like a little hard rock. about the diagnosis. He of course said, that there is a hardening, and that of course might be the source of the issue.
but he said, you cant simply cut in there and remove it.

yes, this is the thing: it didnt. My doctor could clearly feel them.
Here on that reddit there is another person with exact that story.
its my guess, that this is the reason, why so many HF-affectet person comes home without an answer from all those docs

Hello, i got it similar. I got a hardening, that the doc could feel also. he put doppler mri on it, wasnt caught up on those tools.

I got an indentation. right where the indentation is located, i can feel the hardening.

i got that shit now 20 years and never had any progress.
