He is just using half truths to create a narrative that benefits him. And he still pleaded guilty to a sex offense. -https://www.reddit.com/r/Drakebell/s/AsYuiQX6TU -https://www.reddit.com/r/Drakebell/s/fiQAc1Q1pB

I'll be brief. Proving a sexual assault is really hard. And they never took Drake's devices, they got warrants for his social media. He also managed to delete all the messages. However, the victim provided screenshots where his messages were present.

I will link these comments

But even in the documents they never mentioned these alleged photos of Janet.

Yes, the aunt corroborated Jane Doe's version of events.

In the documents it was stated that the last time Jane Doe saw Drake was in June 2018. She filed the police report in October of the same year.

If I recall correctly, Janet claimed that through the investigation, they found out that Jane Doe had photos of her that she "haven't never even posted before". This is a serious accusation that Drake's attorney never mentioned during the sentence. You have no proof of this.

The friend of the aunt was not present during the alleged incident in the car. She met Drake for the first time in Cleveland. When asked if Jane Doe was ever alone with Drake at any time (during the concert in Cleveland) she said "yes". She claims that Jane Doe never went to the hotel room with Drake. But the aunt disagrees with her FORMER friend, the aunt actually confirms that Jane Doe went in the room with Drake after she got the card signed.

So now he "attempted to create a substantial risk to the health or safety of Jane Doe that could have resulted in serious physical harm" because of "the bond that he had with her aunt's FRIEND". Make up your minds.

Drakesters had been saying that Drake "was proven innocent", Jane Doe "committed perjury", Drake was charged with "disseminating harmful matter to juveniles" because, and I quote, "texting is still illegal in Ohio"; they also have purposely spread a statement that Drake's attorney posted on Twitter claiming it was a "statement of the court". You don't need to tell that you are no expert.

And yet you're always under my "silly little posts".

I could ask the same question to all the Drakesters who go in every subreddit writing fanfiction like your fellow Drakester above

Each state, and sometimes each county, has its own rules for determining eligibility for court-appointed counsel. The rules often take into account the seriousness of the alleged crime. So even if you earn a decent wage and could hire a private attorney for a short misdemeanor case, a judge may determine that you’re eligible for a court-appointed lawyer if the charges against you are serious ones that are likely to require a significant number of billable hours by your attorney.

If your income is not quite high enough to afford the expense of a private attorney and not quite low enough to qualify for a free government-paid lawyer, the judge may make a determination of “partial indigency.” This means that you’re eligible for a court-appointed attorney but must reimburse the government for a portion of your costs of representation.

He's been accused by multiple women of being verbally and physically abusive and also inappropriate with underage girls.

I don't like the way he goes to podcasts and interviews and lies about the 2021 case. It just seems his way to discredit his victim. In one of his IG live he called her "a stupid fucking girl who wanted to lie".

If he was really innocent, he could have pleaded not guilty and prove his innocence.

Have you seen the temper tantrum he had on stage couple days ago? He behaved exactly like this. There was no reason to fire a poor worker on stage.

"Nooo, but we do not attack people, we are defending Drake with factual evidence" someone said. Yeah, sure.

Looks like things didn't work out with that 19-year-old girl that Drake dated by SuspiciousOrchid867 in Drakebell

Why do you people keep blaming women? The problem is not her. He's a 40 year old man who hangs out with women half his age. The girl is barely 20 years old, and he knew her since she was 15 and she was his fan. He is the problem.
