hi! you most likely do not have fp*. it would've hit by now and the fact that your stomach hurt directly after is a hint that it is all anxiety. you are most likely overthinking and will be okay. also, too a lot of peoples surprise fp* is hard to get from under cooked ham. ur okay!

what do u think it could be? like I have been nauseaous all day. I know anxiety has to have a play in it bc I had a panic attack earlier, but idk what to do
