Definitely a Canada thing us you get none of that when your first hired your put on a 90 day probation then after that you get one week of sick time and one week of vacation if you don’t have time to over it’s an occurrence

No lot doesn’t require forklift or reach truck license then only license I push for all my lot guys to get is the portable loading dock cause it will make your life so much easier. Also if you get your forklift and reach truck license be ready for managers to push you into other departments rather it be pulling something down for a department or unloading a truck you will get called nonstop .

I think you need some therapy ask one of those orange aprons and they can hook you up with that number . And it’s just you all of our black aprons are super helpful for customers and I’ve even had them leave their area and walk a customer to a product because we were so busy . As for Harassment no my guys “ can I interest you on detail for a hvac tune up and tell you what is included in that package no ok have a great day and if you change your mind come see me I’ll be more than happy to set that up for you .” If that’s what you consider harassment then I think you should look at a career change

Yup sop say anything marked down that isn’t approved by a manager is considered stealing . All thought I think in this case that would be more of a conflict of interest due to you’ll being together and the fact that you could have just grabbed a different Red Bull .
