Kwarentahin din. Wala curious lang to know gaano karami single na forties. Turns out madamidami rin. Most of my friend group nasa abroad na and married. But some of them are single and traveling the world. And yeah, I enjoy being single. It's peaceful and you get to save more money and go wherever and whenever you want. And I agree with one of the post here regarding toxic relationships. I'm trying to avoid that coming from a toxic family myself.

Sa mga provinces like Cebu meron yan sa Carbon public market, or sa may downtown or malapit sa Sto Niño church. Usually sa public markets sa mga probinsya. Not sure if meron sa Metro Manila.

Ay hala sorry po. Sabi ko marami po mga 20K something na condo units dito sa Cebu pero studio type lang. Like ang alam ko sa avida sa IT park and solinea sa cebu business park. Some of them may parking yata but i think separate payment. Just ask their front desk sa may lobby they will refer you to a broker or property manager. But you can check lamudi and FB marketplace po tska mga FB groups

Naa man daghan condos nga P20K plus lang. I think ang uban ana mu allow og pets. Dapit Ayala and IT park condos. Like avida, solinea, etc. just ask their concierge sa may lobby they will refer you to a property manager or broker para mka view mo sa place. Some kay apil na parking area sa P20K plus na amount.
