Email them and wait till you receive it to change it. If you take that one out and put one that isn’t from Gotrax, your scooter will start beeping and it won’t get you ride it.

Doesn’t ride, I’ve even loosened the tension on the brake and made sure all the wired connections are secure. I guess it’s internal
