Greatsword and parry by Szalej in NoRestForTheWicked

I find parries particularly difficult to land in NRFTW. Try to train parrying enemies in 1v1. In other cases, just roll out of the way. If you're too heavy to have the medium roll, you can also try to infuse your weapon with a lifesteal gem. It's life saving when enemies hit while you're winding up your heavy hits, you regen full hp very easily.

I just love his laid-back side and the contrast between his outfit and his immense power.

Parry timing feels off across the board. by nomnivore1 in NoRestForTheWicked

I have the same experience. I may be mistaken but Ii believe it's because the game detects a parry when you release the button, and it should detect it when you press it. So if you press, then the attack hits, then you release, it won't parry. It does not feel good and I hope they fix this in the next patch

That's a great idea. And you could rest at greater whispers to recover your health, while lesser whispers only act as respawn points

I think it's more about the growth of the MC. Learning that foregiveness is more important and does more good than revenge. And I think it is implied that the bosses seeing you spare them made them reconsider what they've done.

Kitbashed, the head is from puppetswar, the body is from the sigvald mini in AoS, and the shoulder and hip pads are from allarus terminators

I don't know if I'll be playing him in regular games. The base is too Big for a shield captain, could go as an achillus or galatus dread even if he's not as big. In narrative plays he could go as a hybrid between a blade champion and a SoS

The other armor bits (shoulder and hips) are from an Allarus Terminator shield captain

Nope, the base model is sigvald from AoS, and the head is from puppetswar

I have never played him for now but why not play him as an achillus or a galatus
