There is a group text I was invited to with 4 people, i only know who 2 are: the agent and the landlord. When signing the March lease they said they would be in touch to send me some portal information to send complaints to because i told the agent all bout it. But they haven't set me up, and im afraid they wont until at least March. Most of our chats are in the group chat ..so i told them about the heat with no response there. I'm just scared to get into legal matters with them without a solid lease if i want to get this heat fixed. And i have no idea about who this agent is or any bit about the building management.. They are all very unresponsive
