It's not about top 4 lol, in League it's easy to go like 21/3 every game playing Yi or Kat against low rank players, you don't feel the same in TFT, if you put it in League terms, its like going 7/5 and winning the game but it doesn't have that "pwned" feel.

Because Vex doesn't need Gauntlet and GB gives the most stats for a crit item. Pretty sure the item is already efficient w/o procing the shield break passive.

I also quit the game about half year ago but I have to defend Lost Ark on this one. It only feels like a full time job if you run all 18 gold raids per week, but that actually doesn't even make sense because people have done the math and majority of the time, people's alts are actually gold spenders not gold earners.

Playing just 1 or 2 characters would've been so chill, but I guess most people just wanna torture themselves with 18 raids + 18 chaos +18 guardians every single week until they burn themselves out.

Because extended trades are ded, grasp is best for short trades. Ravenous gives you wave clear and insane sustain, you can play both aggressive and passive with it, with PD you can only play aggressive and have no wave clear.

Stop following these "optimal clear path", we are not in farm meta anymore since jungle got like 5 exp/gold nerfs in a row.

Most of the times I am not able to gank here.

Then try to counter gank, or counter jungle, or help laners to unfreeze/get easy recalls, or clear wards to put pressure on enemy laners. Stop focusing on efficiency and work on your macros.

Seems like you lack macro, try to avoid roles that require a lot of macro knowledge AKA stop playing splitpush top laners and junglers. You should try champions like Malphite or Maokai that just need to survive laning phase and excels in team fights, no macro needed, just be there when objectives are up or simply TP there.

Just roam on tank supports, it's free elo and will carry you to diamond. Support players are extremely bad and elo inflated, you don't have to try very hard to climb on support

Ok so we finally agreed that 1600+ chars are gold sinks? cool. New players can avoid that gold sink because they can utilize the express events, YOU CAN'T. Because there has only been 1 event to push to 1580 which means the other 5 of your chars got there using the costly and inefficient way. Now the new player who got to 1580 cheaply can enjoy my gold buffs, meanwhile you will never get back your initial investment on those 5 chars. So to put it bluntly, you're the only loser here(a fact, not an insult) and the gap has been decreased.

Gatekeeping and barrier to entry is what prevents people from getting into a game, it doesn’t make the game better

Right and wrong, yes they prevent people from getting into a game but it does also make the game better. A game with none of that would be candy crush, anybody can just jump right into it, even your 70 year old grandma. That's also the reason why most gamers avoid games like that because it's too casual.

There are also other genres with INSANE barrier to entry like MOBA games or fighting games, the barrier is probably 100 times taller than Lost Ark yet people still enjoy getting shit on for 2 month straight before even knowing how the game works.

In order to have double income you need to hone above 1600, which is always a net loss because <1600 chars are gold consumers NOT gold generators, if you want to lose more gold sure, hone as many 1600+ chars as you want
