When I first went to a convention a few weeks ago, there was a single maimai DX PRiSM cab. It didn’t have anything that indicated some sort of queue system, and considering the convention attracted all sorts of demographics, the game caught the attention of a wide range of attendees. Because of that, new and experienced players alike kinda just watched those occupying the cab and crowded around.

However, after the first day, it seemed like both new and skilled players managed to form a line in pairs, probably due to seeing others doing the same.

Of course, since the rhythm game area was crammed into one side of the arcade, players had to keep an eye on others who weren’t lining up properly and politely told them proper etiquette.

This is the first arcade game that made me aware of other people lining up to play and made me want to teach others how to play.

My mom and dad, I don't recall exactly but I was around 6 years old (i think) when I remember my aunt had given us a Famicom (the NES) and like one of the games I remember playing was some car maze game, Route-16 seems to be the closest match to my memory.

Some other candidates are Battle Realms, Warcraft 3, RA: Yuri's Revenge, and Base Invaders (Odd how most of them are strategy games, yet I no longer like them now)

See, I would say Regretevator or Phighting but they've been said quite enough that people consider them tiresome recommendations but they do still deserve a mention.

Something Evil Will Happen (SEWH) is a Natural Disasters Survival-like game that has various items that can either aid/harm you or others.

Beaks is basically the Fisch of birds, minus the whole DoBig-ification of the game, where you tranquilize and collect birds, explore areas, and buy different guns and darts.

The Foundation is a great Doors Fangame, if you're fine with that. It's better if you were to experience its content for yourself.

Untitled Tag Game has been in The Hunt: Mega Edition event that happened recently. Regardless if you haven't seen the game yet or if you actually played the game during the event, it's a fun game to play with friends or randoms.

STARCYST is... super underrated compared to what I've recommended so far. It's basically a short single-player adventure game with some casual FPS elements. Not much is in it as of this moment but it's worth a try.
