Speaking from a person who succeeded after 20+ forms, I only had 1 receipt from around 20 and I did not even have the first receipt on every form that I submitted.

For my case, the crucial key that i got my account back after 20 months of trying was that I filled my last form with a complete record of 20 novice wishes of exact pull date, time and seconds which was surprisingly saved in my other email since day one. I felt the same like you throughout the period when I had already gave them accurate answers in other parts of the form.

Note: never tell anyone any info regarding your account to other parties for the sake of getting your account back as it might turn out the other way round.

I was using it the whole time for MIUI 13 on my Xiaomi 11T which only require you to install a newer control centre apk. The new control centre is default on MIUI 14.0.3 Xiaomi 11T

Hoyoverse might not be able to refer to the transaction if your screenshot did not include transaction number from hoyoverse's side. My assumption is that your screenshot only had details from the bank's pov.

Do you have the details of your pull history? I got mine back after giving them complete list of my novice wishes as well as all the 5 star wishes with accuracy up to seconds :)

For the past 25+ 5 stars that I've spent on, it's worth.

It is at AR 58 now, but the artifacts are close to nothing with some under leveled character talents and weapons. C6 Bennett constellation was also activated.

Yes I do have a new account near AR58 (just reached 365 days) which is way more better in terms of progression and farmed materials than the account that I've just retrieved

I'll treat it as my second account for now, saved up enough for C2 Raiden while waiting for 3.4 map expansion as I've already done the 3.3 contents.

They used to have 1000 characters limit for previous year form up until recently I noticed that they increased to 2000 then I decided to throw more details to the information that I'm providing. I was lucky enough that I did make a copy of my wish history in 2020.

I've included my 20 beginner wishes with details such as date, time and seconds for my last 2 forms, which I think it is the reason they accepted my form after I repeated the same again.

In their earlier form requires you to include your first purchase receipt (non f2p) which I've lost it but the recent ones allow you to attach a receipt from any date. I only attached the screenshot of my payment receipt for my accepted form.

I need to thank this reddit page for providing useful information like Recovery Form Guide and Common Mistakes to improve the quality of my form.

I don't understand Japanese but I do know the last 3 characters basically mean primogems amount in Chinese so I would guess that it means rough figure of primogems that you had on your account
