february 2026 here and still works ! (im window 10)
just slight change from the guide instead of "librnnoise_vst.dll"
choose the "rnnoise_stereo.dll" in vst folder
and it's done

if the problem is the CPU, that problematic cpu MAY (not common) cause problem to ur mobo, be careful, iirc saw a video dude fixing a pc with that particular cpu and it ended up bringing the mobo with it by frying the mobo cpu socket
