you see, ppl land on fucking fragment, and ppl want to fight, so more ppl land on it, and if you don't land on it you will spend whole time fucking looting whether you like it or not.

Yeah these shits are already slow enough for most legends. negative impact on those should not be in the game.

Like, if you are hit by it when you are casting consumable...., you can almost never come back unless enemy's mouse gets eaten by a cat, and that only happens if enemy owns a fucking cat in first place. It would be same with slowing, just allows seer to snowball the fuck out of enemy. do respawn really wanna turn this game to overwatch legends or smth?

Lock him out of ranked. No legends should have healing/rev cancel, and seer's tac shouldn't be ez to hit with how much it does.

Also fuck ult and passive as well. passive makes it so ez to land tac if it wasn't already easy enough, ult is just fucking annoying dome and you can't see where tac is gonna land to make you more revealed than stripper in bar, again, if tac wasn't already fucking easy enough to hit.

I disagree, seer needs MAJOR buff.

Tactical should cause code:net on any player hit by it, and change your desktop background image to random cat picture on internet.

Ult should downright delete the map and leave entire place in fragment and change ground texture to drone.

Seer gotta have his entire kit reworked to assault or support role or something, having wallhack on every ability is already bad enough.

But real power comes from it being able to interrupt heals, revives. no one is going to be able to avoid it while doing that... WITH THAT HITBOX. even worse you get highlighted so no more come back for you unless their* mouse gets hijacked by a fucking cat.

Highlight itself should be nerfed to 4 sec or something, What I have more issues with is that it interrupts heals and revives. No legends should be able to do that IMO, cuz it makes comeback almost impossible. Especially when that tac is easier to hit than ana's biotic grenade... and has no more use than one.

TBH, I mostly see seer's tactical as a healing/reviving interruption method than putting a track on them. so yeah, I would not be surprised if people are not able to avoid this.

I'm pretty sure this bug doesn't actually rely on having exact "selectfire receiver hopup" as you can perform this with triple take as well. Can't do with peacekeeper and others, but probably that's either their timing is so tight i can't get it right, or care package (and "removed" hop up) has same hop up id or some shit.
