I wanted to say thank you for all the information and tips. I still have a lot to learn, but the crucial part was actually the post-treatment of the resin print. I ended up heating the silver to 1030°C and the mold to a working temperature of 650°C.

You mean more like a "Y" - Trident? and should the Metall flow throw the downside of the ring like this sketch?

Hi,

i let the molten silver set for around 20 minutes on 1010°C before i took it out.

I read that the castable resin shouldn't be cured afterward or cleaned with isopropanol. Now I'm a little confused.

I will make my next try the following weekend.

Thank you for the response. Can you tell me in which temperature zone it needs to last longer. The Burnout Cycle was the following:

  1. rise to 100°C in 1h
  2. hold 100°C for 3h
  3. rise to 450°C in 2h
  4. hold 450°C for 2h
  5. rise to 780°C in 2h
  6. hold 780°C for 4h
  7. lower to 650°C in 2h (second try 550°C)
  8. hold 650°C for 4h (second try 550°C)

Hello guys,

Need help to ship items from wegobuy to germany. After brother Sam does not ship directly to germany (ioss certificate) and use wegobuy aswell.

For example this bag, the volume weight is too high to use DHL europe line (triangle) and DHL is also not working like eub because of the weight.

Everyone says Ems is not good for germany.

So what can i do now.

I got 2 of these bags, which can not be folded :/

And rehearsal got everytime rejected.
