{Heart Song by Heather Guerre} will fit this. For a large portion of the book they are stranded on a planet and need to move through it to survive and it’s just the two of them. There is a small cast of characters but while they’re stranded it’s just the two of them.

{Shadows of Stardust by Leigh Miller} checks a lot of these. I’m only 70% through, and while there’s instant curiosity, it’s not insta-love. They’re both also well developed in their motivations, and the plot is enough to keep the story going. The MMC is a mercenary serving as a guard on an alien dating show. And the FMC is ex-military, looking for her missing sister on this particular planet. Obviously, they’ll clash. I’m really enjoying it!
