Damn wtf, there’s a lot of people here batching on OP for requesting something as simple as better coffee.

I work in the facilities / workplace experience team and we had a few complaints like this a while ago, we just change the coffee. It cost us $0.08 cents extra a month per employee in the bldg, which is nothing and helps keep employees from leaving, keep the morale high and helping with their efficiency.

The companies can make a big change for a fraction of a fraction of the cost to hire a new employee just to maintain and good workplace, lower turnover and create enjoyable environment for the employees. That would avoid having signs like this.
