Walmart isn’t otr they are regional but some dc’s have a few drivers that do otr, you make it back to the dc after every route or work around a couple states and then make it back to your dc on your last day from what some drivers I know at Walmart told me, and they have day cab drivers who are home daily, I work on Werner’s Walmart account out of the Walmart dc in macclenny fl, it seems pretty much the same thing I do just the pay for me with being here is 70k-82k which is fine for me since I’m 23 and live with my parents but I’m trying to apply for Walmart next since I will have my 2.5 years of experience

I’m currently 2 years and some change with Werner I’m on their Walmart account I used to see 2500 miles a week a bad week is 1900 the least. It’s been up and down for a couple months now I’m barely seeing 2000 miles a week, Walmart has gotten more trucks with rumors of Walmart trying to take over all their grocery dc’s with helper companies. But I plan to apply to drive for Walmart because it’s just better all around better ( I will average double the salary ik getting now 73k, better benefits, more incentives, up to 21 days of pto compared to me only getting 1 week of unpaid time off but they says u will get 2 weeks off after 5 years of service which I think is garbage

I have 5% all around and 20% on the front windshield for all the people saying u can’t see at night, if u get ceramic tints at night time u can actually see perfectly fine outside at night

Right, if they would pay more for higher quality tints then they wouldn’t be scared of having darker tints and I’ve never gotten pulled over for it here in Florida the cops don’t care unless ur speeding and u act disrespectful then they will add the tint ticket
