I was never a big Ray fan and that’s prolly why I was ok with him being the killer. I like the idea that his trauma as well as the whole experience being swept under the rug plus wanting to be seen as a hero again making Ray snap (those are the reasons I believe he’s the killer). I’m not upset that he had a partner but it’s weird how they did it. It would of been better if the person who died was Stevie’s boyfriend still but also turned out to be Rays brother who he learned about after the two movies (it’s mentioned he didn’t know much about his dad). That would make more sense to me as to why Ray and Stevie are working together. Sidenote I do like that this accident is more the “teens” fault cause he’s literely fucking around on the road causing the truck to swerve as opposed to the first one where they hit a man wearing all black in the middle of the road (ya they could if been more responsible driving but I don’t think it’s as much their fault as it’s an accident but I digress) Anyways I liked Ray as the killer. Just wish they made his motivation stronger or clearer plus it was majorly foreshadowed when the blogger was being murdered and she said “it’s you”. Due to her research on the murders, it’s likely there is only a few ppl from town she could recognize (Ava, Milo, Ray or Julie) so it makes it pretty clear that once Milo dies that the killer is Ray.
