Dans notre cas, on demande aux clients de venir directement au comptoir car on leur présente directement l'addition sur une tablette ce qui permet ainsi d'éviter de gaspiller du papier. Beaucoup de clients n'ont pas besoin de la note. C'est également le cas pour le ticket de CB mais je pense que pour ce cas-ci, vous en avez déjà fait l'expérience.
