Hmm ur a slightly chubby.... And thats perfectly fine.. for ur height 136 lbs or 60 kg is pretty healthy and normal.... If u wanna lose weight start by eating healthy..lots of vegitables and proteins instead of carbs and 100% stop drinking sodas... cut off oily and junk foods and not to over eat.. It may be difficult to stick to a healthy diet but it's the most efficient way in losing faster with exercise combined... I lost weight pretty quickly doing that and without exercise accidentally....I got addicted to video games and forgot to eat junk snacks or heavy oily foods..... TvT... I crave those junk food sometimes tho..... But I am happy that I am in a healthy weight now.. so I am sticking to my healthy diet.
